Neither the "feedback" link at the right top of the notes window works ....
NOR, do links within cut and pastes that I do from a website into a note work.

In the new editor (current version). You can create links. If the hyperlink is in there and underlined, you should be able to double click it.
Another person mentioned it would be more intuitive to have to hold down CTRL and mouse click it to open a link, like in MS Word. What do you think?
