| | I'm on Windows XP, SP2, using Firefox, and even if I check "Remember me" during login, the next time I start up my browser, I've got to login again. Is the "Remember me" only on a per-session basis, or is it supposed to be a persistent cookie? If the latter, it's not working for me, and if the former, could we HAVE a permanent cookie instead? I check back at ubernote a few times a day, but sometimes I'll have shut my browser down in the meantime, and having to login a few times a day is kind of a pain. |

| It's working as designed. BUT I am working on a real persistent cookie. So you don't have to log in multiple times per day.

| Ah, I see. It's understandable: real, persistent cookies aren't the most secure things, but I've been using Gmail for so long that I've gotten used to them.  Thanks! |
