| Hi!
Congratulations on such a well implemented web app in such a (relatively) short time! I had been using Keynote for years, then moved to Evernote. I am pretty committed to Evernote right now but I gotta say your small but killer feature is a built-in image link! For some reason that has never been part of Evernote.
Where I think Evernote has you trumped, though, I think is by combining the folder/tag paradigm together. I have SO MUCH information in Evernote that without a small handful of custom basic folders such as "GTD", "Movies To Watch", etc, the tag list becomes just way too massive. If you can at least start within a general folder, then you are already 90% on your way to what you want.. With tags only, I have to scroll though a million of them just to get to "Movies" or whatever. So until custom folders are added to ubernote I won't be able to seriously consider a big switch.
Also, please look at how the Firefox extension "TagSifter" allows you to navigate with multiple tags. It is the most useful and elegant way to work with already existing tags I have yet seen. Here is a link to a screenshot
Best of luck! I have my eyes open for your updates! |
