| I just registered with UberNote this morning.
The two starter notes (tagged 'UberNote Help') do not display. The note titles are set to 'Loading...', but the notes do not actually load.
When I tried to create a new note, the note title was also set to 'Loading...'. I tried to type content into the body of the new note, but although I saw the flashing cursor, the text I typed was not displayed.
I'm using Firefox 2.0.0.11. |

| We took some time to look into this yesterday and have a few ideas on fixing this. It is a tough one to duplicate. If you can consistently make it happen, please enlighten us.

Hi hrdlicka,
This right now is the most frustrating bug reported to me at the moment because I have heard of it numerous times and have been trying to recreate it for almost a week now! Are you using Firefox? If so, on which OS? Or is this IE? Do you know which version? Is it all of the notes, or just the ones tagged "Ubernote Help" like another user has reported? If you log out and log back in, does the same problem present itself? Is the system you are running Ubernote on fairly minimal on the RAM? I am trying all sorts of combinations of browsers/OS's, accounts, and settings, I want to get this figured out soon!

| I'm having the same problem.
I mainly use firefox, but I also tried IE. With the same problem.
If you add a note that also goes to Loading.
Attached is a screenshot of what I see.
I'm using XP.
Let me know what info you need and I can provide screenshots and whatever you need.

Wow, this was a doozy and the fix was simple, and it only affects our users who are not using US English as their "local" - ie, most everybody from outside of the US.
A huge thanks goes out to all the people that helped us with this, we found it was a problem with the way we were formatting our dates - we we weren't counting on internationalized date formats! So now that is taken care of (and hopefully translations will be coming in the not too distant future as well). This fix will be in the next Ubernote release, which we are testing right now! Thanks again everybody, without your help, we probably would have never found this!
