Navigating Notes

The menus on the left hand side will help you control what notes show up in your application.   The numbers next to the options indicate the number of notes in that category.  You will know you are in a specific category by the visible notch that will point to the category.  The newest notes will be on the top of your note list.

UberSweet Features

Cool UberNote features that differentiate UberNote from other systems.

Context Menus:

You can right click your mouse to see context sensitive menus and also drag and drop within the application.
UberNote Context Menus

There are three areas that have context menus:

  • Note Header - In the Notes List area there will be a note header for each individual note.  The menu available will give you actions that can be performed on that note.  You can also right mouse click on a tag in the header to see the menu option to remove a tag.
  • Tags - In the tag management area you can right mouse click a tag and have menu options to rename or delete the tag.

Drag and drop a Tag:

  • By left clicking a tag, holding it, dragging it to a note, then releasing the mouse button in the note the note will be tagged.

Integrated Task Items In any Note:

With the recently added integrated task item feature in UberNote, you can manage you task list items in a whole new way.

  1. Write notes on anything you want
  2. Put your task items right in your notes just you would in a written notebook. (Instead of one note with task items)
  3. Use the "Open Tasks" list to find any note that has undone tasks!

You never have to worry about aggregating tasks or flipping through your notes trying to figure out what isn't done.
